- Manage the service parts warehouse located in Me
Linh Plaza, Quang Minh Town, Me Linh District, Hanoi
- Be responsible lớn receive and kiểm tra parts both
from local and oversea suppliers
- Make notification of parts arrival and update
its new locator (if any)
- Release parts lớn the forwarder/ASC using pick
slip and report it daily
- Monitor repaired/extract parts monthly and raise
internal approval size at the kết thúc of the month
- Monitor the forwarder's lead time, keep track of
shipment and make monthly evaluation report
- Make monthly stock taking report and raise
internal approval size lớn revise quantity if any
- Follow SMS disposal procedure
- Follow warehouse supply ratio lớn achieve monthly
target
- Make all assigned reports such as inventory
on-hand, inventory movement, warehouse stock, GIT, loan, etc.
Requirements:
- Have
similar experience in accounting or warehouse field
- Be able lớn use Microsoft AXAPTA or SAP is preferable
- Good communication both in Vietnamese and English
- Work under pressure
- A careful, patient and highly responsible person
- A teamwork player

Working time: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5:30PM (break time 12PM-1PM)
